A Senior PHP Programmer is responsible for developing in-house ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) modules and system. They design, code, and maintain functioning programs as required by the organization. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Understanding business requirements and translating them into workable technical requirements Develop, record and maintain web-based PHP applications Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools Liaising with external developers to manage deployment and integration of various systems across the business Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g.: Systems Coordinator, Release Manager and business owners to deliver solutions Peer reviewing development tasks for other developers Performing code reviews for new projects Write all clean object-oriented PHP as well as efficient SQL Participating in the solution design phase to ensure solution meets business needs and is in line with IT application strategy. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle including code analysis, development & Database optimization, testing and implementation, maintenance. Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Re-factoring design and code as part of ongoing development. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in developing PHP and C# applications Experience in developing apps with NodeJS, Angular and Ionic is a plus Experience with API automation testing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work across multiple projects/platforms. Experience testing web, mobile and windows applications Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Willing to explore and learn new technologies Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
