As a key member of the Customer Success team, you'll help platform engineers and cloud architects achieve their goals by simplifying complex cloud environments. With their cutting-edge cloud solution, you’ll be directly contributing to a product that allows thousands of developers to work more flexibly, securely, and efficiently.

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Presales Engineer.
• You quickly identify customer challenges and develop technical concepts that you can explain clearly.
• You leverage your technical skills to create both show cases and implement production-critical systems.
• Experience in platform engineering, consulting, or customer success.
• Strong knowledge of orchestration and automation technologies (e.g., OpenTofu, K8s).
• Comfortable working with technical experts and stakeholders, supporting the sales team with tailored solutions.
• Proficient in German (C2) and fluent in English (C1).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with programming languages or Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with IT architecture systems (e.g., IAM, EAM) and cloud governance tools (e.g., Azure Policies).
• Contributions to open-source projects and/or cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
