Job Description Responsibilities: Design and optimize mechanical components for HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and performance. Conduct analysis of mechanical systems, including structural, fatigue, thermal, and vibration aspects. Develop detailed manufacturing drawings in compliance with applicable standards. Oversee the construction and assembly of developed systems. Collaborate with external vendors for component selection, manufacturing, and system assembly. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Generate operating procedures and provide technical documentation. Evaluate customer design proposals, specifications, and requirements, and recommend effective solutions. The Successful Applicant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Diploma holders with strong experience in mechanical design and system assembly are also welcome to apply. Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems. Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D modeling. Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. Background in HVAC engineering is an advantage. Prior experience in product development, particularly HVAC systems, is highly desirable. Technically proficient with experience in sourcing, negotiation, and cost control. Initiative-driven with logical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to resolve issues from multiple perspectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
