You will be a key player in our front-end architecture and will guide the development of modern, user-friendly, and scalable applications. With over 15 years of experience in front-end development, you’ll mentor junior developers, drive technical decisions, and work closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead React Development: Take ownership of building, improving, and maintaining complex web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Architect Solutions: Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end architectures. Ensure optimal integration with backend services via APIs. Mentorship & Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and guide the team in following best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to create seamless and responsive web applications. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers. Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the JavaScript/React ecosystem and bring those insights into the team. Key Qualifications: Extensive Experience: 15+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a significant focus on React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. React Expertise: Advanced knowledge of React, including functional components, hooks, context API, and Redux (or other state management solutions). TypeScript Proficiency: Strong experience using TypeScript in large-scale applications and the ability to implement type-safe codebases. JavaScript Mastery: Expert-level understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and front-end best practices. UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces. Version Control: Deep expertise with Git, including best practices for branching, merging, and managing codebases. Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative, sprint-based development environment. Material UI: Experience with MUI and building reusable npm packages. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
