Role Overview: 

As a Tech Lead for our SaaS platform, you will lead the development of low-code tools for our IoT platform. The backend developed in RUST will be the foundation of the SaaS platform, with a user interface built in REACT. In this hands-on role, you will provide technical leadership while driving development, automation, and scalability. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the Technical Lead, defining and executing the SaaS architecture and roadmap. 
• Design, develop, and maintain the backend of the low-code tools using RUST. 
• Build and implement robust CI/CD automation pipelines for seamless integration and deployment. 
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure tight integration with the REACT-based interface. 
• Drive scalability, reliability, and security of the platform using AWS. 
• Mentor team members and foster technical excellence within the development team. 
• Maintain a hands-on approach to solving complex development challenges. 

Key Requirements: 

• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years specializing in RUST. 
• Extensive experience building and maintaining SaaS platforms on AWS. 
• Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment pipelines. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative and deliver results. 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment. 
• Based in Europe, with permission and willingness to work as an employee in Germany (remote work possible, including cross-border commuting). 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in IoT, low-code platforms, or high-scalability solutions. 
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design principles. 
• Knowledge of Semantic Technologies, such as SPARQL and OWL2.
