Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the
Salesforce platform for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Collaborate with business analysts, salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and
analyze requirements to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Leverage expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other
Salesforce development tools to build robust and user-friendly applications.
Develop and maintain Service Cloud functionalities, including customizing the console, building
custom components, and integrating with external systems.
Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve
efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices.
Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of
developed solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting
and resolving issues.
The candidate is expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Salesforce development (8+ years) with expertise in both Sales Cloud and
Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
(SOAP, REST).
Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using web services or APIs a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Other Criteria with Knowledge of CPQ Operations and
Must be willing to provide overlap with PST time zone for at least 4-5 hours.
