Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including proficiency in FlexCards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions in a dynamic business environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Some experience working with government agencies OR some experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities, configurations, and relevant objects is highly preferred.
