Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to create and manage ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations while addressing platform issues. The ideal candidate will possess extensive ServiceNow experience, strong customer interface abilities, and expertise in workflows, scripting, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
• Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting scripts, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Required Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification - Mandatory, 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation and development, advanced ServiceNow administration and development skills, expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, experience with REST and SOAP APIs, SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies, Business Continuity Management experience preferred, bachelor s degree in computer science, MIS, or engineering.
