Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer/ Admin
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 month
Requirements:
Looking for an ServiceNow SME who has great soft/written skills, should be able to face customer and troubleshoot issues.
Should be able to lead the development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Proficiency in ServiceNow modules like ITSM,ITBM, ITOM, HRSD. Design workflows from CMDB, Custom Application, Reporting, Workday or any other healthcare applications. Integration with ServiceNow and DevOps Modules is needed.
Should be able to converse with Business/Technical users troubleshoot the issues that arise, Configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules per requirements, established procedures and ITIL processes.
Utilize JavaScript and other web technologies to build and enhance platform functionalities.
Certifications is a plus.
