Job Description
You work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations
You provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow
You are responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration
You understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design
You develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component Integration Tests
Qualifications
7+ years experience in ServiceNow development
Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Integrations
Good understanding of ITIL
You speak and write fluent German and English
