Senior ServiceNow Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our client. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ServiceNow development and a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications according to business requirements


• Analyze and implement complex business processes within the ServiceNow platform


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement ServiceNow solutions


• Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and maintenance


• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience


• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and ITAM


• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS


• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and integrations


• Thorough understanding of ITIL framework and best practices


• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist)


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HRSD and SecOps modules


• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, C#)


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies


• Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
