As a Nude Solutions Software Developer, you'll be part of our collaborative, passionate, high-performing team who are responsible for the end-to-end development of Nude Solutions' platform. What you'll do: Work in an Agile (Scrum) environment and participate in Scrum activities (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) Work within a cross-functional team to develop solutions that drive business value Participate in technical activities within the team, such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, backlog refinement, estimating, research, proof of concepts, code reviews, deployments, and documentation Develop high quality, performant, testable, and maintainable code Ensure software deliverables align with development standards and quality practices Complete testing and quality control procedures Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes Collaborate and share knowledge and skills with other team members What you'll need to succeed: 6+ years of software development experience 6+ years of Object-Oriented Programming experience using C# or Java Experience using JavaScript UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) An understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns Experience with .NET Core an asset Experience with an Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tool an asset (Entity Framework, Hibernate, or similar) Experience in insurance, accounting, finance or related industries is considered an asset. Familiarity with Microservices and Domain-Drive Design (DDD) principles is an asset.
