As a Senior Software Developer at Stratus Advanced Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative software solutions. You are expected to be an expert problem-solver with a strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. The ideal person for this role will have strong leadership skills and experience supporting, mentoring and developing a team of other developers.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and training to other developers.
Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of software products.
Serve as a project lead for key initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage project timelines and resource allocation effectively.
Communicate progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
Act as a software architect by designing scalable and maintainable system architectures.
Identify technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
Stay informed about emerging trends in software development, AI, and data automation to help guide the company's technological direction.
Design user interactions on websites, develop server-side logic, and integrate databases for website functionality.
Develop front-end architecture and ensure responsiveness of web applications.
Implement back-end systems that power application features and APIs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Document technical specifications, design patterns, and development processes for future reference.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and production environments to ensure smooth software deployment.
Assist with the planning, approval, and implementation of technology projects.
Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
