Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, and agile methodologies. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong ability to identify and implement process improvements. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the financial, healthcare, telecom, and real estate sectors is a plus. Responsibilities: Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of software development for the client Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. Update client software, enhance existing software capabilities and develop and direct the team for testing and validation procedures Oversee project planning, prioritization, and organization to ensure timely delivery. Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables. Facilitate agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team productivity. Conduct regular progress reviews and meetings with stakeholders. Provide coaching and leadership to agile development teams. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with SDLC best practices. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Ensure systems are running smoothly and maintain high SLA standards for issue resolution Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. 15+ years of experience in software development and project management. Proficiency in SQL, Teradata, Java, C++, Visual Basic, HTML, CSS, PHP, Python, and AWS. Strong knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and UX design. Experience with AI and deep learning technologies. Expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Project, Access). Experience in managing large-scale implementation projects. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience in coaching and leading agile teams. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Clarity, and ServiceNow. Experience in stakeholder management and reporting across multiple levels.
