The Position: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a key player in the development and maintenance of high-performance software solutions aligned with Arbinger's goals. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, designing scalable solutions, and writing efficient code. You'll be expected to lead software integration, create unit tests, and stay updated on industry trends, recommending system improvements. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s 3A+ assessment tool to gauge and enhance individual performance impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define software requirements. Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet business needs. Develop high-quality, clean, and efficient code using best practices in software development. Lead the implementation and integration of software components, ensuring seamless functionality. Create unit tests for newly built software functionality, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine software requirements and project scopes. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring timely resolution. Required Capabilities: Proven organizational skills, multitasking skills, and attention to detail and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate with multiple departments. Ability to write code using the following languages, libraries, and technologies: C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS 3.0, React. Experience with relational databases and SQL. Knowledge of Agile Methodology. Enthusiasm for technology. Proficient in documenting software and systems. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Preferred Capabilities: Possesses a solid understanding of the Git version control system. Exhibits familiarity and competence with Microsoft Visual Studio. Proficiency in utilizing Jira for effective project management. Possesses in-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including SMTP and HTTP. Well-versed in the intricacies of mobile application development. Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in computer or information science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software development experience. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
