Responsibilties Lead the engineering teams within the verticle Evaluating and analyzing existing processes and procedures to identify areas of improvements Oversee the projects by planning, prioritizing tasks, resource allocation, giving instructions, reviewing code and implementation Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and other key stakeholders to deliver on key priorities Strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions with a focus on user needs and business goals Requirements 6-10 years of software engineering experience Degree in computer science, information security, or a related subject Familiarity with backend development related technology stacks Experience leading design and implementation of a highly scalable web services Strong interpersonal and communication abilities work successfully with stakeholders Great time management skills while working under tight timeline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate in mandarin with our stakeholders would be an added advantage
