Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a pioneering company specializing in protecting against voice fraud and providing advanced voice authentication solutions. Their technology powers secure communications for 8 out of 10 top US banks, enabling call centers to prevent fraudulent activities like identity theft and voice scams. Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, ensuring end-to-end ownership of the development process.
• Implement microservice architectures and manage inter-service messaging using tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Build scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS or GCP.
• Develop and optimize data stores, including DynamoDB, Redis, and RDS, while utilizing caching solutions like ElastiCache.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production-level stability using tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic.
• Conduct rigorous code testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure robust application functionality.
• Manage feature deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and maintain operational excellence in production environments.
• Apply advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and containerization for optimized performance.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in software development and 3+ years with Golang and/or Python.
• Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in AWS or GCP cloud computing environments.
• Data Management: Familiarity with DynamoDB, Redis, RDS, and ElastiCache.
• Microservices: Understanding of microservice architecture and messaging tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Monitoring Tools: Competence with Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic.
• Feature Deployment: Experience deploying features to production using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Testing Expertise: Comprehensive skills in unit, integration, and system testing.
• Containerization: Advanced skills in Docker and Kubernetes, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and coding principles.
