Realm are partnered with the creators of a Seed Funded Open-Source VPN platform who are looking to expand their team following a new funding round.

They are looking for 3 Go Engineers with a strong grasp of Network Protocols and Distributed Systems.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in the architecture and design of distributed services.
• 3+ years commercial Go
• Familiarity with networking principles (e.g., IP addressing, routing) and authorization protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO.
• Experience with relational databases and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of network performance monitoring and tuning.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Networking background with knowledge of C ecosystem
• Experience with low level Operating systems (Linux)
• API level knowledge of Kubernetes
• Familiarity with eBPF
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with gRPC APIs and RESTful services.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Staff Engineer: Up to €120k + 0.1-0.5% Equity

Senior Engineer: Up to €95k + 0.1-0.5% Equity
