What You'll Do: •Design, implement, and deploy new features for our transportation AI SaaS platform.•Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with customer needs.•Manage the AWS infrastructure, including monitoring tools, integrations, and scaling solutions.•Refactor existing services to enhance performance, growth, and scalability.•Lead and mentor junior engineers to foster a high-performing development team.•Evaluate new solutions to enhance the platform's architecture and codebase.•Work on data streaming integrations using Webhooks, APIs, and Message Queues. What You Bring: •7+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling SaaS products.•Expertise in Node (Typescript), React, Python, and AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.).•Experience with cloud-based tools like Docker, CircleCI, and Grafana.•Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring team members.•Bonus: Experience with data streaming from 3rd-party systems (e.g., Webhooks, APIs, Message Queues).
