Experience in backend technologies is also highly valued, as we are a fast-moving startup. You'll be owning and leading product initiatives from start to finish, ensuring delivering value to our users while mentoring other engineers on the project. Our tech stack (but we’re open to adopting other technologies when needed): Frontend: TypeScript, React, GraphQL Backend: Node.js with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS services (Lambda, RDS, Fargate, SNS, SQS, etc…) What you'll do Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust systems with a primary focus on the Web technologies and APIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to scope and plan engineering efforts and dependencies Own ambiguous projects at every stage of their lifecycle to deliver high-quality, impactful products to users. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency and productivity Qualifications We’re looking for a T-Shaped Senior Software Engineer with a focus on frontend development and deep expertise in Web technologies and APIs. You’ll be a great match if you have: 5+ years of experience as a senior software engineer Ownership mindset for your projects end-to-end, striving for the best outcome Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Deep understanding of Web technologies and APIs.
