One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Go/PHP) in Germany.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced backend developer who’s excited to shape the financial core of a fast-scaling ERP system. In this role, you’ll join a motivated, cross-functional team to build and optimize backend services for General Ledger features using Go and PHP. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values clean code, system scalability, and thoughtful architecture. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Go and PHP.
• Build and enhance data-driven features supporting financial and accounting operations.
• Create robust APIs that integrate seamlessly into a modular ERP ecosystem.
• Contribute to architecture evolution from a monolith to service-based systems.
• Apply best practices in system design, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with product managers and tech teams to deliver features that drive user value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience using Go and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Previous exposure to scalable architecture patterns and microservices.
• A background in financial or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Effective communicator with a proactive mindset and mentoring experience.
• Fluent in English, with a strong sense of ownership and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
