Job Summary Squadra Technologies Services is seeking talented and highly motivated Senior Software Engineers to support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC). This role involves software system integration, creating, updating, and managing SysML and UAF models, as well as developing and auto-generating source code based on these models. Competitive compensation will be offered to well-qualified applicants. Responsibilities Perform software system integration and development. Create, update, and manage SysML and UAF models. Develop and auto-generate source code based on MBSE models. Collaborate with team to define and implement MBSE best practices. Ensure compliance with DoD and NIWC standards for software development and systems engineering. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. 5+ years of software development experience with VLT, C++, or Java. 3+ years of MBSE modeling experience using No Magic Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance. 2+ years of technical leadership experience. Strong understanding of UAF and SysML frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with requirements analysis, decomposition, gap analysis, and management (preferably within MagicDraw and/or DOORS). Proficiency in assessing MagicDraw models for proper UAF/SysML modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with Teamwork Cloud (Naval IME experience preferred).
