SKILLS:

• Master’s in Engineering Management or related; Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 15+ years in space systems project management (5+ satellite missions)
• Experience with in-orbit demonstrations and AIT activities
• Expertise in EGSE & SCOE (GNSS), V&V cycle, and AOCS algorithms
• Space mission hardware/software development
• Strong knowledge of satellite systems (DHS, AOCS, Power, Thermal)
• Systems engineering, requirements, and interface management
• FDIR systems and tech development (low to high TRL)
• Experience with ECSS standards
• Leadership in international teams, project planning, and problem-solving

TASKS:

• Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and launch of PETER
• Support system-to-unit level requirements development
• Monitor satellite model evolution and ensure smooth transitions (FlatSat, qualification model, flight model)
• Apply best practices for trade-offs, SWaP, and margin philosophy
• Act as an interface between engineering teams (system engineers, AIV, etc.)
• Conduct training on AIT, systems engineering, and satellite lifecycle
• Support integration, AIV tests, environmental tests, and anomaly resolution
• Assist in system compatibility tests (SCTC) and review test plans
• Lead qualification reviews, document updates, and test result evaluations
• Provide support for LEOP, IOT, and anomaly resolution during satellite operations
