What We Look For In You Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in backend development, with data structures/algorithms. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Fluent with high performance Java and async programming patterns. 5 years of experience with distributed systems and micro service architecture. Experience leading project teams and defining technical strategies. Proven track record of collaborating with teams across different offices and time zones, and managing cross-functional projects. Nice to Have Willing to learn all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets, including spot, future, swap, options, and structured products. Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
