First People Solutions is looking to speak with Structural Engineers who are open to new opportunities. We are working with a leading consulting engineer, known for providing innovative engineering and environmental solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer with strong leadership skills seeking a step up, or for a Senior Engineer eager to take on a variety of work within the industrial environment.

We're seeking a Senior to lead and deliver exciting, large-scale civil and structural engineering projects. This role is perfect for an engineer with strong technical skills and experience managing complex projects, from design and analysis through to project completion. You'll also engage closely with clients and department heads while actively leading a team of engineers and supporting their professional development.

What we need from you:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) preferred
• 5-8 years of experience working within a design engineering environment in the UK
• Knowledge of all stages of design and construction
• Can work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Confidently overseeing a team of dedicated Engineers / Technicians
• Proficient in relevant design software
• Full clean UK drives licence
