Job Summary The ServiceNow Consultant plays a dual role as a Business Analyst and Technical Consultant. They work closely with business stakeholders to optimize and transform processes, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The consultant champions user training, process improvement, and integration while addressing technical challenges through troubleshooting, defect fixes, and enhancements. Key Responsibilities •Understand and analyze business processes, providing in-depth troubleshooting as needed. •Train users to utilize the ServiceNow platform effectively and guide optimal system behavior. •Drive transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and system improvements. •Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, fostering partnerships and collaboration. •Gain expertise in integrations between ServiceNow and legacy systems, third-party platforms, and partners. •Translate process visions into technical specifications, aligning them with ServiceNow capabilities. •Analyze and resolve code-level issues, providing defect fixes and delivering small enhancements. •Maintain the health of the platform and environments, ensuring system reliability and performance. •Document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Required Qualifications •Strong experience in ServiceNow as a Business Analyst and/or Technical Consultant. •Knowledge of integrations, customizations, and legacy system interactions with ServiceNow. •Proficiency in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and delivering enhancements in ServiceNow. •Excellent communication and training skills to guide users and support business transformation. •Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and ITIL practices. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement system improvements. Preferred Qualifications •Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration. •Knowledge of ServiceNow system architecture and environment maintenance. •Previous exposure to Agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes. •ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist or Administrator). •Background in developing integrations with third-party tools and applications.
