Direct Client Requirement Contract Remote Requirement:
Hands on experience with ServiceNow CSM (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, Field Service Management), ITSM, and Service Portal
Good understanding of CSDM and Implementing as per best practices.
ServiceNow CAD, CIS-CSM certification
Hands on experience in building custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automations.
Experience with SOAP, RESTful API, and scripting with ServiceNow (JavaScript)
Knowledge of CMDB implementation
Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of markup languages like HTML and XML
Familiarity with stylesheet languages like CSS
Cloud computing expertise
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
