Job Description:
Strong ServiceNow Platform knowledge
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Product, specifically Discovery and CMDB
Experience in configuring and triaging discovery probes, patterns and credentials
Experience in configuring MID Servers for Discovery and CMDB Integrations
Knowledge of Discovery protocols; SMNP, SSH, WMI, Powershell, HTTP/HTTPS, IPMI, Rest API, SOAP
Understanding of Network topology and networking protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting
Strong Understanding of servers, storage, network devices, load balancers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure components
3-5 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform, specifically within the ITOM product suite
