Mandatory functional requirements for the offer:

1. The external specialist has very good English language skills

2. The external specialist has at least 3 years of professional experience as a developer, of which at least 2 years in the context of ServiceNow projects

3. The external specialist has very good technical expertise in backend development (e.g. ServiceNow CSA and application development, ServiceNow Application Builder, ServiceNow Scripting, ServiceNow System Administration)

4. The external specialist has project experience as a ServiceNow system administrator

5. The external specialist has already worked on at least one ServiceNow project for a very large rail transport company (at least 100,000 employees) in the areas of business continuity management (BCM) and IT emergency management

Functional target requirements for the offer:

1. The external specialist has experience in solution design

2. The external specialist has experience with Operational Service Management

3. The external specialist has experience with software testing

4. The external specialist has experience with documentation and infrastructure management

5. The external specialist is certified for ServiceNow (at least ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Micro Certifications).
