Requirements

Experience with ITSM, ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) modules of ServiceNow (required)

Experience with domain separation within ServiceNow (required)

Experience with ITOM basic functionality, such as managing CMDB ingestion through discovery or manual processes

Experience with Certificate life cycle mgmt Management module is a strong plus, (required). The correct candidate would be quired to learn if not already proficient

Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations, Service Portal, Flow Designer

Knowledge of Domain, DNS, and networking (Preferred)

Experience with ITSM basic functionality, such as Incident and Change Management

Minimum 5 years of coding, testing and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource

Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Java etc) and working in a SaaS environment.

Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to garner the best step forward

Regarded as a thought leader in solving technical problems or process components

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity in a global team.
