Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer Location: Frisco, TX - Remote role

Certified ServiceNow ITOM Developer
10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically within the ITOM module
ITOM Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, SAMpro, HAMpro, Event Management, and Orchestration
Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules
Integrate ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods
Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases
Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and MID Server mgmt. experience
Strong ITSM Process knowledge
Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs & Best Practices
Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes
ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist.

Responsibilities:-

The ITOM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions
