ServiceNow ITSM techno functional Analysist , Experience in Requirement gathering for ITSM and integrations.
Develop and document the ITSM requirements during the workshops with the business stakeholders.
Desing and document Foundation data mapping and foundation data visibility across ITSM and Case applications.
User story documentations with Test case design for System Testing.
work along with the Solution Architects, Process Leads , and developers.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
