Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Platform Architect with expertise in the ServiceNow platform to join our team. In this role, you ll serve as a technical advisor, assisting our customers in establishing a robust technical foundation and designing solutions to improve long-term outcomes on the ServiceNow Platform. The Platform Architect will guide customers and partners on best practices in instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and technical health, fostering successful digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, to structure and implement effective solutions.
• Serve as a technical expert across engagements, guiding customers, partners, and internal team members to achieve successful outcomes.
• Build relationships with technical and business leaders to understand and support the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and translate goals into outcomes, creating customer roadmaps that support these goals.
• Work with customer Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation standard, ensuring seamless integration with core applications.
• Oversee technical governance and delivery, focusing on operational model, governance, and instance health by minimizing technical debt and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
• Contribute expertise to leading practices and mentor other team members, enhancing their professional development.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (specific CIS certifications may vary by customer or account needs).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services or consulting role.
• Demonstrated experience leading architecture and design in large programs and enterprise environments.
• Expertise in cloud application technology and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working with the US Public Sector or Government clients (preferred).
• Ability to gain government clearance.
• Proven success managing complex projects, analyzing and resolving issues, and conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and ServiceNow teams to drive customer success in a fast-paced environment.

• Consulting experience with a track record of successful digital transformation projects.
• Ability to mentor and support the growth of others within the team.
