Role: Contract Shopify Developer Duration: 3 Month Contract (with potential extension) Day Rate: £300 - £350 per day (Outside IR35) Location: London (Fully Remote) Allegiance Group are looking for an experienced Shopify Developer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work across multiple eCommerce websites, collaborating closely with our in-house design, marketing and development teams to implement custom Shopify solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes to enhance the functionality of various eCommerce stores. Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Integrate third-party tools and apps to improve store performance. Create and update custom features for product pages, carts, and checkout. Troubleshoot and debug Shopify stores to enhance user experience and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and deliver solutions aligned with project requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Solid understanding of Shopify's Liquid templating language. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies. Experience with API integrations and third-party apps within Shopify. Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including SEO optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
