Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that enhance user experience and meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, alongside a passion for creating innovative solutions in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable code using best practices for software development. Build and customize e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WordPress, tailoring functionality to business requirements. Develop user interfaces using React and Redux to create responsive web applications. Implement server-side logic using Node.js to support application functionality. Utilize AJAX for asynchronous data retrieval and enhance application performance. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Maintain documentation for software design and development processes. Experience Proven experience in web development, including Shopify, WordPress, and other CMS/e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in Node.js, React, Redux, and AJAX is essential. Familiarity with UI design principles and best practices. Experience integrating and optimizing third-party plugins and APIs. Expertise in customizing Shopify Liquid themes and WordPress themes. Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
