Main Responsibilities: Communicate and discuss with the technical and sales teams to determine suitable commercial buildings for leasing. Communicate with the owners of commercial buildings to lease rooftop sites. Manage leasing budgets and oversee the management and maintenance of rooftop resources. Have experience with rooftop sites and understand the installation requirements and conditions for rooftop stations. Have worked with power companies and understand simple power supply solutions. Have worked with fiber suppliers and understand the process for fiber optic leased line cooperation. Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Familiar with carrier operations, fiber optics, and wireless base station communications. Able to work independently while also possessing strong teamwork abilities. Other Information: We have an office located in Los Angeles, and we would prefer candidates who are based in Southern California. While remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates, proximity to the office is ideal to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and meetings.
