Job Description

Ability to design blueprints through Control Center in an optimal and effective way that minimizes manual touchpoints in the system.

Experience in Dynamic View development and Pivot Table creation through Smartsheets.

Experience leveraging and developing Data Shuffle.

Extensive understanding of metric creation through Smartsheet through the utilization of Dashboards and advanced formula creation.

Expertise in the following: Sheets vs Workspace, Reports, Forms, Workflows, Dynamic Views, Pivots, Functions and Formulas, ServiceNow Connector (or similar).

Responsible for overall end user experience and tracking efficiency gains through the use of Smartsheet applications.

Review all new Smartsheet feature releases and analyze how NYU can leverage new releases and host end user engagement sessions to train/advertise new features.
