Snowflake Database Developer will create solutions to support the data warehouse and feeds to company applications. This position will also perform Snowflake administration along with supporting data analytic solutions using Python. Essential Functions: Understand and write complex SQL (CTEs, custom stored procedures & UDFs) with a focus on efficient and legible code Independently troubleshoot and research complex data issues Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines Develop and support SQL queries in Snowflake to feed Tableau extracts. Utilize Python to create and support data analytic solutions. Maintain agency data solutions including debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting existing BI products. Configure, deploy, and maintain database server objects in the data warehouse. Conduct technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing accurate and concise documentation. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field / equivalent experience required Minimum of 3 years of Snowflake experience required Minimum of 3 years of data warehouse experience required Minimum of 1 year data production workflows required Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Microsoft SSIS Familiar with data modeling, data architecture standards, and best practices Understanding of Python for data analytics Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management Non-profit / marketing experience a plus *We are currently not sponsoring candidates for this position*
