Overview Looking for a startup developer that is comfortable working on a vesting schedule for equity in our company. We currently have the MVP of a web application that needs some continued development with Python and the Django framework. Along with equity, we invest resources into our developers including: Pair Coding with senior developers Bonuses when applicable Development shop supervision Online courses Responsibilities Continued MVP development Work in a team Negotiate hours Be willing to work in a timeframe Qualifications Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with proficiency in Django. Familiarity with application development frameworks and methodologies. Experience working with APIs is highly desirable. Knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts to support application deployment and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
