The Software Developer is responsible for creating well-crafted, quality technology products and platforms delivered by the TNAA Innovation Team.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Develop software using .NET, Java, Python, browser, and mobile technologies
Bring new and ever-improving practices and technology choices into the team
Ensure quality development via the use of automated unit tests
Collaborate with senior team members to communicate with leadership and business stakeholders to address requirements issues and brings art-of-the-possible alternatives and suggestions

Here's what we are looking for:
3 years of experience in a software development role within a scalable, transactional environment
Dedication to building a career’s-worth of proficiency in building well-crafted code
Interest in object-oriented design techniques
Familiarity with automated unit testing techniques
Interest in web, mobile and server software development and architecture, API integration, data stores, networking, security, machine learning, and cloud computing services
Commitment to instilling craftsmanship and best practices in the engineering team’s culture as well as a spirit of continuous learning with respect to new programming languages, frameworks, technologies and approaches to generate innovative solutions
Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgement
Experience in operationally intensive roles, tying tactical needs to strategic objectives with a willingness to work under significant deadlines
Experience programming with/against API integration frameworks, particularly event-driven microservices
Experience supporting mission-critical applications in production
Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $71,304-$90,000/per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
