Software Developer - 12 months OUTSIDE IR35 up to £550 per day - Edinburgh or Glasgow

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit a Software Developer on AWS Platform for a minimum 12-month period, this role will require occasional attendance in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

You will receive a daily rate of up to £550 a day and the contract will see you OUTSIDE IR35.

Working with Product Teams, and in a small multi disciplined team, you will be involved in designing , building and supporting full-stack services for software delivery on AWS Platform.

The team will see the project from development to deployment and ensure the good practices in these areas as well as the testing and supporting products on AWS.

I would love to hear from Software Developers who have designing and built working software, that has been deployed to cloud using PaaS and SaaS in Agile environments and have tech skills including;

• JavaScript UI frameworks, specifically React
• CI/CD methodology and native AWS CI/CD tooling
• AWS Security and Networks, defining infrastructure and processes as code
• AWS including CDK, Serverless (Lambda), S3, API Gateway, GuardDuty, Transit Gateway, AWS Config, Route53, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy
• Kubernetes, Python / Bash

It would be beneficial to have experience of Digital First or GDS quality standards and the use of UI pattern libraries, Prisma Cloud and Openshift
