In the Atlassian team at SAS, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian products to support R&D project management and collaboration objectives. As a Software Developer (Emerging Careers), you will: Collaborate with engineers in the team to administer mission-critical applications for R&D, including creating documentation, managing processes, and testing Interface with other SAS groups, offer technical assistance and customer support to users of Atlassian products Improve departmental operations through automation Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve existing products or processes Troubleshoot software and performance problems Operate in a fast-paced environment Seek to grow and learn Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 2+ years of professional development experience in Python Familiar with source code management such as Git, Gitlab, GitHub, including branching, code commit, merging, GitHub actions, etc. Proficient in Linux and Windows Learn and adapt quickly to new situation and changing priorities Strong time management skills You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
