Job description:

You will be joining a small and ambitious team responsible for developing applications and integrations for the Genesys Cloud platform. The team includes Genesys experts, subject matter specialist and developers, all working together to build services that enhance our customer and agent experiences.

We prioritize quick deliveries, fast feedback loops, and continuous learning.

We are looking for a Software Developer for Genesys Cloud Platform to design, develop, and maintain applications that are accessed through the Genesys Cloud or integrate with platform services.

The role involves:

• Developing applications that connect to the Genesys platform through Genesys Web, Javascript and REST APIs.
• Creating integrations between Genesys Cloud and other applications.
• Customizing the Genesys Cloud environment to improve agent workflow.
• Automating customer journeys via the introduction of chatbots.

About You

The ideal candidate is a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Javascript and web development. You have experience working with APIs and integrating various systems.

You are comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and can effctively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in modern web development (js, html, css) and common frameworks.
• Experience with .NET or Java and common server-side technologies.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, OAuth.
• Experience with agile and lean principles and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English.

Ideally you also have

• Experience with the Genesys Cloud platform or other Contact Center as a Service-solutions.
• Experience with building chatbots and working with AI and large language models.
• Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish
