PRISMA Re-Design

Context

The PRISMA program is a major IT initiative focused on redesigning information systems and modernizing architecture for scheduling across regional operations centers. The project employs both agile and waterfall methodologies within a structured program using SAFe approaches.

Services Required

Expert advice on process conception, monitoring, and optimization.

Integration of build and configuration management.

Definition of non-functional requirements.

Analysis and optimization of project goals.

Automation of the build process.

Coordination among various stakeholders.

Project Details

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Service Provision: Services are to be provided onshore from Germany, with regular on-site activities not planned.

Experience

Technical Requirements:

• At least 10 years in source code and configuration management (e.g., Git, Artifactory).
• Minimum of 7 years in build processes and automation tools.
• Proven experience in a complex program environment (minimum of 3 years) using agile methodologies (SAFe) with a large team (more than 50 employees).
  
  

Skills

• Very good knowledge of German Language.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Deployment methods.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Artifactory, and GitLab.
• Experience in Java development (Eclipse RCP/SWT, TIBCO Rendez-vous, Oracle).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Test Automation Techniques).
