As a
software developer senior or lead on the Corporate IT Human Resources (HR) team, you'll shape the technological landscape of our HR operations. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge applications that enhance our HR processes and drive business success. Utilizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, you'll oversee seamless application delivery and, contribute significantly to the technological advancement of our HR team.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications
Preferred skills - Experience with C#, .Net, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure, to manage and optimize cloud-based applications.
- Strong proficiency in writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform, to automate infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD deployment practices to streamline application development and deployment processes.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation - $115,000 - $150,000/year
- Annual cash incentive payment up to 30% or 40% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
