Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least part of that experience in a leadership position.
· Proficiency in leading the development of custom applications, workflows, and dashboards. Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and automation.
· C#, Java guru. You’re a full stack rockstar that will teach our team new tricks and mentor junior staff.
· Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI technologies is highly desired.
· Demonstrated experience working in both agile and waterfall development environments. We match our customer’s approach in our partnerships.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
· Familiarity with the construction industry is highly valued and can enhance collaboration with our clients, though it is not required.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
· Leadership: Leads all aspects of the SDLC for their assigned team, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes, and testing.
· Agility and Innovation: Leads their team in an agile environment, rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions to meet dynamic business needs.
· Custom Solutions: Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and dashboards using C# and Java. Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI experience would be helpful.
· Budgets: Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and on-time delivery.
· Roadmapping: You know when a product is done and when there’s more to do. You drive product roadmapping, setting clear project goals and timelines while communicating progress and needs to organizational leaders.
· Integration: Experience with integrating b2b solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
· Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, functionality, and security that require escalation.
· Documentation: Ensures comprehensive documentation is created and maintained for developed applications, workflows, and processes.

Language: English fluency (spoken and written).

Education: A BA/BS in computer science or other technology related degree is required.
