As a result of our continued growth, we have openings in our Research & Development department for Software Engineering roles. While our preference is for the work performed onsite in our Cleveland, OH or Minnetonka, MN office locations, we are open to considering candidates who wish to work remotely within the US.

We want to hear from you if you have the following qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 4-10+ years experience in Software Engineering
• C++
• Proficiency with VB.Net and Typescript
• Rust experience is a strong plus
• Experience with git and issue tracker and management tools like Redmine or Atlassian
• Experience with audio and video technologies is a strong plus
• Knowledge of container-based deployment technologies (Docker, etc.)
• Experience in Linux development and deployment
• Excellent communication skills and soft-skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail while still keeping the big picture in mind
• Excellent time management and self-management skills
• Ability to pick up new concepts and languages quickly
