About The Job As a member of our product engineering team at Visana Health, you’ll play a key role in building our technology platform that serves Visana’s mission of elevating the standard of women’s health through our virtual women’s health clinic, offering full-service clinical care, personalized care plans, and ongoing support for the widest range of women’s health conditions. What You Will Do Front end or full stack development of software features in support of the Visana care platform Work closely with user experience professionals to implement an application experience that users love Collaborate with product owners to define and develop new and enhanced business capabilities Collaborate with other technologists and teams on wider platform goals Contribute to ongoing improvements of continuous delivering our platform Collaborate with product, clinical and technology teams in early-stage research, ideation, and problem-solving, to understand user pain points and come up with solutions Own and manage the software quality of your code and the team, and drive the adoption of automated software testing and user acceptance testing. Participate in an agile team to deliver technology products and implement programs What You’ll Need Qualifications 1-4 years experience building modern web applications from inception to delivery Experience creating software with modern web application frameworks and technologies A passion for automated testing Experience working in a continuous delivery environment A security minded approach for protecting healthcare related data Experience working with containers and serverless cloud technologies Previous experience with TypeScript, React, and AWS is preferred Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred Passionate about well crafted, high quality code that is built to scale Someone who thrives in a fast pace evolving company and embraces a rapidly changing environment Able to interact,communicate, and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the company Benefits Visana provides industry-leading benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSAs & FSAs, 401(k), and more for benefits-eligible employees.
