POSITION SUMMARY:
This group will build processes, data flows, data validations, reports, applications, and other solutions that enhance the standard Qualtrics product offering. Individuals must be familiar with the Qualtrics API and how to connect to other APIs through multiple technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and stay up to date on the Qualtrics Insight Platform and related solutions.
Obtain Qualtrics certifications
Attend required Qualtrics boot camps
Keep current with XM Academy product trainings & artifacts
Continually adapt and develop in-depth product knowledge and learn new technologies
Ensure projects are completed according to agreed objectives, project plan, scope, budgeted effort and committed time frame.
Play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling of services, demonstrating the value we can provide.
Participate in total account management activities including but not limited to completing intake forms, change orders, SOW updates, etc.
Previous experience with work operating systems and enterprise resource planning platforms helpful (Monday.com and SAP ByDesign preferred).
Research, test, and articulate the Qualtrics API.
Assist with project scope by gathering technical requirements and understanding timelines and deliverables.
Build and test custom solutions to solve the business need.
Provide detailed documentation on custom solutions and communicate them back to the clients through phone and email.
Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations.
Work with clients to deliver implementations on Qualtrics platform.
Follow Walker quality guidelines.
Demonstrate new features or functionalities for use cases to peers.
Knowledge sharing with peers to strengthen the overall skill set of the team.

Experience and Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Or in place of a degree 1 year of relevant experience
Experience with at least one of the following:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Database, Shared Repository
Previous experience with object-oriented language proficiency (Java, C+, C#, .Net, etc.) and web service experience (REST/SOAP) is preferred
