Responsibilities Architect and develop new client-facing functionality Develop new frontend interfaces in Vue.js and backend API features in Ruby on Rails Participate in code reviews and technical design documentation Ensure test coverage for the code you write About you Our ideal candidate has development experience using a modern Javascript framework as well as backend experience building APIs, but we welcome and will consider other skill sets and experiences. 3-5 years of development experience, including with a modern reactive JavaScript framework (ideally Vue.js, but React, Angular, etc are worthwhile too) and recent web-development experience in Ruby on Rails Comfort with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and webpack Experience building unit tests using Mocha, Chai, or another test framework Interest or familiarity in finance and fintech Imaginative, driven, methodical Location Remote Why work for us Gold-plated health and wellness benefits, extensive vacation policy.
